BEST COOKIES EVER

Just enlarge so you can read it.

Everything you will need.

Begin with 2 sticks of oleo and 2 cups of sugar, cream together
add ricotta, vanilla, baking soda and 2 eggs

Mix well and add the flour.

Mix well and prepare your cookie sheets (I hope your oven is preheated to 350)

Drop by rounded teaspoon, I don't know how many it makes. I didn't count them.
This made 4 cookie sheets full.

Get every little bit out of the bowl. These are good.

While the cookies are baking have a cool drink. Or have one while you are making the cookies. Once they are done and cooling, make the cream cheese icing. Once cooled Ice the cookies. Here they are all done and ready to eat.

Okay, those look GOOOOOOD! I'll have to make them when we come back from Arkansas. We're going to Ft. Smith Friday to check out a 5th wheel camper there we're interested in. Then we're heading North to Buena Vista to see Dena & Blaze and stay there Saturday night. :-)

Yep...looks like something to make this weekend. IF I can find ricotta cheese that is, I don't think my little grocery store carries it.

Does it count as help if I have a crown and coke while Tammy makes the cookies?

I swear I'm going to make these as soon as I'm off my *diet* of no booze for a month. Damn right I'm gonna have a drink when I make these. WoW! The enlarged pictures say it all... How sinful! I can't wait. Hehehe

Can I email you if I have trouble, lol? It just sounds too easy.

Snooty they are easy. The hard part is keeping them small. I like big cookies.
